If a husband commits adultery and then the couple seperate can the wife file for divorce on those grounds even though within the 6 months they've been seperated she had sexual relations with someone else? Is it a "but he did it first" kind of thing?

To divorce on grounds of adultry, you would have to be able to prove it or have him not deny it.
