What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

Hi. Im deployed right now and I have learned that my husband is having a relationship with a spouse of another soldier in Korea. Me and the girl's husband are both E-4s and my husband is an E-3. My husband admitted to the said relationship with the girl. And the girl's husband found pictures and emails of them and submitted it to my husband's Commander. Right now, my husband is on restriction as they are doing a comman inquiry on the matter. What is gonna happen to my husband? How could they prove that he is guilty? What can I do on my end?

Depending on the circumstances, his punishment could range from mild to being kicked out of the Army. He could lose rank, money, privileges.... or he could get a counseling and restrictions. Without knowing all the details, no one here can give you an accurate answer.

But your real question is what can you do. And the answer is nothing. Your only task is to decide whether or not you want to continue on with this marriage. Please consider getting counseling from the Chaplain, thru your Tricare benefits, or Military OneSource (MOS). MOS will even do couples counseling over the phone.

So sorry you're having to go through this. I wish you the best.
