i have another question regarding adultery laws in idaho. this is the state i may be filing from but my adulterous husband lives in minnesota. can i still use idaho's adultery laws if i end up being the one who files for divorce in idaho? i have evidence of his telephone conversations with this other woman, a photocopy of a money order receipt made out to her, and he has told friends and family members of her involvement in his life, but so far, no one has actually witnessed them together except members of her family. she lives in yet another state. i cannot believe there are others who are or have been in my situation. i feel so sorry for all those out there who have been cheated on. it's a terrible place to be.
