Maryland here. My attorney just sent a letter to my husband stating that I am filing for divorce for adultery and am going for sole custody of our 5 year old son. He claims HE is counter-filing for sole custody also on the grounds of adultery due to the fact that I participated in 3-somes that he initiated. Some advise please on this can-of-worms.....
