Adultrey

oklahoma, common law wife has been committing adultrey for some time, what are my options for divorce and full child costody? being male do i have any hope of fair treatment in the courts? According to HumorMe adultery isn't good enough grounds for costody consideration nor is it a crime in the Bible state of Oklahoma, Is it not a Sin against the commandments of God?

It is no longer customary for either parent to get full custody with out a very good reason. Physical custody is another matter. You could get full custody if your wife allowed it, but that is not as frequent as one could hope! (Adultery is not a reason sufficient in itself.)
