I need some help. I would like to know if your spouse has filed for a divorce and has kicked you out from the residence you both shared as a married couple. And then changed the locks and obtained a Peace Bond stating you cannot contact or be around this person in any way. And stated she no longer wanted to be with me. Can i have a relationship with another woman and reside with another woman legally. Also can she sue this other woman for Adultrey. I am a resident of Va.

She can not sue the other women, but until your divorce is final, she can change the petition anytime to include adultery.
