Adverse note in Secret Clearance file

I was granted Secret Clearance since 2003. Last year following the advice from my company I seeked help from psychiatrist for stress and depression and out of work for more than 6 months. I was laid off from my company recently. A defense company interested in hiring me and during the Secret Clearance transfer found a adverse note on my file. Does it mean that my Clearance is revoked? And what can I do? Please help...
