During the election campaign, I started wondering if it is legal to hire someone to walk around in public places with advertisment on his shirt or a tatoo on his body ?
And if this person walks into a private business like a resturant, can the business tell him not to come in because of the advertisment ?
(reffer to Texas or genarly in the US)

You can advertise on your body, and a restaurant or business can prohibit "soliciting" on their grounds and ask you to leave.
