Advice for someone self-employed and collecting unemployment

Hi,

I have been granted unemployment in April ($405 weekly), and am also self-employed since then as well. When will the dept. of labor inquire as to how much I've been making? Is there a limit to how much I can make, in order to continue recieving unemployment?

Do you guys know of an clever way to be able to continually recieve both. If I incorporate myself, will that make a difference? Or if I place my income in a business account?
