found out that ex-wife committed fraud, identity theft (6/99) in SC. Police reports filed in 99 & 00. Investigation concluded with ex-wife arrested 01 & 02. Ex-wife came before court and plead guilty in 03. Ex-wife lives in NC
what are my grounds, where should I file action, statute of limitations. any advice greatly appreciated

monetary losses for totaling around 11k as well as damages for pain, suffering, damage to financial standing, mental anguish, etc. i just think its time i go on the offensive as ex-wife has been harrasing me in other ways before and after the conviction.
