mississippi,my son and a girl lived together for 2 plus years broke up and stayed apart for almost a year, they got together on 2 seperate occassions the last being october 17th 2008 in which a few weeks later she stated she was pregnant, upon asking her whom she had slept with she named my son and 2 others,my question now is that since the baby is born now can we get a dna? she got mad because my son would not support her finacially during the pregnancy,so she wouldn't have to work....my son was married for 9 years and lived with this girl 2 plus years and there's been no pregnancies until now we are not sure if this baby is his...but should it turn out to be his child he wants to do the right thing to support and love and be there for the baby you can email me @ [email protected]
thanking you in advance

"We" can't get a DNA because "we" are not a party to the action. This is your son's issue, and if anyone is going to be requesting a DNA test, it is him, not you - not even on his behalf. If he's old enough to disrobe and make babies, he's old enough to deal with the consequences, including logging in here himself and asking his own legal questions. We typically do NOT answer questions from third parties.

That's too bad. Tell him to look for the power button.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. If she is helping with tht I think son has a major issue....

OP, your son needs to grow up because apparently he is just a little boy. He may have been married but that means nothing when it comes to relationships. He needs to realize that having heterosexual sex there is always a chance of reproducing -- it may be a slim chance but there is always a chance a baby can be conceived. Apparently he missed that day in sex ed.

Now he should go to court and file for paternity. He will most likly have to pay for the paternity test.
