I have been with my husband for 7 years (married 3) and just found out that he has been having a 3 month affair from a girl at his office while I was working 15 hr. days on Monday and Tuesday (working full time and going to school). I am devastated! He even admits we had a good marriage and I can't believe he changed my whole life as I knew it so quickly. Anyway, I live in Florida (Leon County) and I want to make sure I can keep the house (only lived there 2 years - not much equity) and I want to make sure since he's already screwed me over once, that he doesn't do it again. We have no children. Can I get alimony or any money from him since he is the adulterer? Help!

Since you have only been married for 3 years, it is unlikely you will be able to get any monthly payment from him. You need to speak with a family law attorney regarding the house, but with no children, unless you can take on the financing yourself, it will likely be sold.
