What is the name of your state? VA
ex filed complaint regarding arrearage, cse placed arrearage in my
credit file. I filed an appeal, the case was withdrawn & dismissed in my favor. cse removed the entries from my credit file. a period of period of over 120 days has lapsed. from what I have been told they can't refile or revisit this issue. does anyone know the case law or statutute regarding this?

Are you asking about the credit file or the CS?

If it's the former, then delete this thread and place your question in the appropriate forum. Otherwise, you will not get a relevant response.

mainly about the CS. Basically when an account is deleted from a credit file it can't be readded. thanks!
