What is the name of your state? VA
Ex committed identity-theft and forgery in 1998 and 1999. It took well over four years for the courts to bring her to justice in which she got probation.
Am being told that I'm unable to file a civil lawsuit for fraud due to the 3 yr statutue of limitations. Ex is still harassing me in other ways, child support allegations, false claims causing me to hire attornies and defend myself at great cost.

Please, can anyone tell me of any other legal remedies, actions or other laws or statutes can i bring charges against her for damages and to possibly stop these harassing actions, thanks!
