What is the name of your state? VA
Ex-wife committed identity theft, forgery against me in 1998 and 1999 in two differents counties in SC. Ex fled to NC, due to complexity with law enforcement and prosecutors she wasn't arrested until 10/2001 and again in 06/2002.

Her term of court came in March 2003 wherein she denied the felony charges against her. In July 2003 she guilty and got probation. Can I file any type civil suit against her for her actions
I'm aware she committed these actions between 1998 and 1999 but she wasn't arrested until 2001 & 2002 and then she wasn't brought before the court until March 2003.

Any assistance or advice would be helpful as her actions has caused me and my a lot of pain and threaten my livelihood. thks!
