What is the name of your state? VA
NC CSE through VA CSE filed a complaint stating back child support in amount of 25K including interception of 2002 state tax refund. An appeal was filed contesting both actions, i presented evidence and case was dismissed by VA CSE. In doing so, VA removed entry from my credit file and removed lien from my tax return.

This was an official decision of the VA CSE which has juridiction in the matter, can I file something in Civil or Juvenile Court demanding that VA CSE file an official decision. thanks!

***??? I think what you're saying is that you want it in writing that this issue is officially closed. And I think you're saying that there is nothing in writing to this effect? There must be. You have a case/file number, you can contact the VA court and ask for a copy of the order from your last court date. Or you can go there and make copies for yourself.

Am I on the right track? If there was a court order, and a hearing, there MUST be something in writing. A judge made a ruling on the case, the ruling must be in writing.
