What is the name of your state? VA

2001, Ex (NC) accuses me of non-suppor, hire local atty, case dismissed in my favor.
2002, Ex (NC) files affidavit of arrears, NC CSE forwards to VA CSE as adjudicated arrears.
2003, I hire local atty (VA) to appeal arrears, case withdrawn in my favor by VA CSE
2004, NC CSE after losing case, forwards arrears to IRS to initiate a lien
2004, I hire local atty (NC) to appeal arrears, lien as an amended motion
2005, VA CSE begins withholding, arrears collection, hire local atty (VA) to appeal
2005, VA CSE wants a determination of arrears before halting any actions
2005, Amended Motion dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction by Judge (NC)
2005, NC CSE and local atty (NC) file consent order agreeing no arrears exist in NC
2005, NC CSE refuses to recognize the Consent Order and remove the lien/arrears
2005, VA CSE refuses to recognize the COnsent ORder and remove the arrears
2006, I hire local atty (NC) to force/compel NC CSE to recognize the Consent Order
2006, Local atty (NC) believes that NC Courts will dismiss any action to compel NC CSE to recognize the Consent Order because my Ex no longer lives in NC.


Basically, I've been dealing with this for the past 5 years and I'm at my wit's end. I would appreciate any advice on how to pursue this matter at this point, because I'm tire of paying for lawyers. My apologies is this is lengthy, but I want to make sure I provided all of the information.
