What is the name of your state? GA
I have close relative who filed bankruptcy 6 1/2 years ago. On a whim they order a copy of their credit report. Learned that one of the creditors who is clearly listed on the bankruptcy also somehow filed a judgement with the court. This relative was never notified of a legal action otherwise they would have provided that creditor with a copy of the bankruptcy document. Also the attorney they used is no longer in business. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Was the lawsuit {and resulting judgment} filed before they filed bk? Was the creditor listed in the filing?
