I live in Idaho and I recently got married to a man who has two children with another women. Currently my husbands parents have gardianship of his son and his ex's grandmother has gardianship of his daughter. For at least two years these children lived with one or the othr grandparents. The agreement was two weeks there two weeks here. My husband was not paying child support at the time, but he currently is in fact they're garnishing his check. My question is this he now owes back child support which he's paying, but who should the money go to legally?

wondering in Idaho

i think it should be divided between the two families. however it depends on which family is the one who asked for it in the first place. if both the other families have gone to court for cs payments then i would think equally. i would check the order and see how it is to be done.

good luck
