What is the name of your state? VA
I have posted similiar posts in the past, just hoping to get more information and advice to assist me. Ex-wife filed affidavit and claimed arreas of five months in 09/01. NC CSE filed complaint against me 09/01, hearing held 12/01 which I presented evidence contradicting their case. NC CSE voluntarily dismissed their case.

NC CSE never filed motion to reopen nor resubmitted a new case with regards to the 09/01 filing/complaint. Ex-wife filed another affidavit 8/02 claims arrears of 25k versus the 5 months arrears the year before. NC CSE sent instructions to VA CSE stating the 25K arrears were adjudicated and to begin proceedings to intercept my 2002 state tax refund and collect the arrears.

Hired an attorney, filed an appeal contesting all of their actions, i presented evidence and during a 5 month period VA CSE repeatedly contacted NC CSE and asked for proof surrounding their claim. NC CSE never responded and their case was dismissed by VA CSE. In doing so, VA removed entry from my credit file and removed lien from my tax return.

04/04 received notification that NC CSE had filed a debt with Federal Gov't regarding these arrears that were never adjudicated and proven false. Are their any sanctions or actions I can file compeling NC CSE to halt these illegal actions. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know the name & Fed. Dept.'s Address NC filed their Claim ?

Do you have or can obtain a copy of the VA. order removing the Tax lien & Credit report ?

If so, I would contact that Fed. Dept., and ask if NC has filed any actions.
If so, tell that Fed. Dept. you will be sending The VA CSEU's decisions fallowing NC's claims .

That could possibly help ..
