What is the name of your state? Arizona

I want to start a business out of my home with a friend. She has claimed bankrupcy last year. I want to know 2 things....will her bankrupcy as my partner mess up my personal credit? 2nd, if I list my personal home as our business address, does that mean that my home is in jeperdy?
