What is the name of your state? NC

Just had my meeting today. First of all, let me just say- if you file pro se (as I did) your ass gets seen last. Longest, sweatiest 4 hours of my life. Other than that I feel that I was needlessly worried. The trustee we had seemed like a funny, nice guy. When asked a couple's oocupation they replied- "sailors" (Odd profession seeing as I live waaaaay on the Western side of NC) The trustee laughed throughout the rest of reviewing their information.
Anyway I just had a few simple questions for anyone who might know.

1. He only asked me about one item on my schedules. That was a loan taken out in December 04 for about $5k. At the time, I didn't intend to file BK. But he asked what it was for, I told him and he kept right on going to the next thing. Should I be worried that he asked about this?

2. I had read on here that with me filing so late in the year, that my tax return would probably get taken. He made no mention of it- and didn't even request my last two years filings. Will I get a letter if he decides that 'he' wants it? Or is the issue nill?

and then a completely random question:
What happens if a creditor disputes a discharge? Do you get notification or something? No one showed up at the meeting- but I am 1 month behind on my car payment. I didn't sign a reaffirmation agreement, and would like to just continue the payments.. but didn't know if they would dispute the discharge... and if they did- what the steps would be.

Thanks!

You'll get a notice if a creditor has filed any sort of adversial proceeding. Usually the trustee will tell you about the tax refund at the 341. If he wants, he'll tell you before discharge.
Sounds like whatever you told him about the loan was satisfactory. Just no way to tell what he's thinking.
