after chapter 13 ????

31 months ago i filed chapter 13 while living in fl. 2 years ago i moved to ga and bought a house (with trustees ok)
i now only have 5 payments left of the 36 in the 13 agreement and all were made ontime, in fact i have been a month ahead the entire 31 months. my question is, what happens after i make the last payment? will the chapter 13 be automaticly discharged? someone told me that they could make me make additional payments. is this true?

Your trustee will conduct an audit and if additional money/fees are owed, they'll inform you and your attorney. Contact your attorney when you make the last payment and ask how the procedure is handled in your district.
Congratulations on making it {nearly} through the 13. So many plans fail.
