What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. One of my creditors never put in a claim, so my repayment plan will be paid off quicker than the 5 years, I was suppose to be paying. What happens after the debt is paid off? Do I continue paying my monthly payment, and if I do what happens to the money I pay? Thank you.

Your post is a bit confuding.
If your creditor did not file a timely proof of claim and it is the sort of debt {unsecured} that can be discharged in a Chapter 13 then, once the Chapter 13 is completed and discharged, this creditor is out of luck. You have no legal obligation to pay them anything.
