After Divorce?

I was divorced in TN over 6 yrs ago. At the time I was recovering from a closed head injury. I signed away everything, including returement, etc. I was mentally incompetent at the time, although I seemed just "passive." Can I overturn the divorce and try to claim x-husband's social security and retirement? Any help appreciated.

Divorce was 8/97, so 5 yrs this August. Not good, eh?
