what can be done if you work for a large
corporation and you consistently see female
workers over 40 left in present positions while males 1/2 their age are advanced and
females under 30 are advanced, given raises,
promoted, and those over 40 are monitored,
criticized and harassed until they leave?

You can try to document that a pattern of sexual and age based discrimination exists, rather than an isolated incident that can be easily explained away.

You could directly complain to the EEOC. Better yet, if there are enough of you, and the facts are really strong, there are a number of good law firms listed on AttorneyPages.com that can consider a class action on behalf of the impacted workers, and would work with you to get the facts you need -- ask the lawyers after you get some numbers in order.

There have been multi-million dollar settlements in similar cases, and the companies also made good jobs available to those discriminated against.

Henry T does have good advice. First of all, write down at home a chronology of events. This is like a diary, what happened to whom, when. Who said what, etc. The overall basis of your claim does seem to be age and sex discrimination. Please immediately contact a labor law firm in your area because they may have better advice, and your time to file an EEOC claim is important. Take care.
