There is no specific age where a minor child can decide they want to live with one parent or the other.

16 and a 25 year old

I live in Ohio and I'm 16. I was with a 25 year old and I gave him my consent. I need to know what the laws are, if I have a defence, how long he could be in prison( if there will be any tiem at all) or exactly what they could charge him with. it would be nice to know this before the end of the day if you would please.
