What is the name of your state? SC

A local builder built a home that is similar to my home. This builder DID NOT build my home but a Contractor that he works with did. After I closed on my home, this other builder began building this similar home and took pictures of my home to use in advertisement. Now my home is on the market for sale with pictures reflecting my house and right beside of it in the listing is the other home, different location, different price, different real estate agent. This has caused confusion for some agents who may want to show my home.

The listing does not denote "similar" or any other wording to disclaim. I have asked the agent to cease use of the photos but they have not done so. Do I have any legal rights? Thank you..

Is the real estate agent a Realtor?

If so, ask the folks at www.realtor.com if this is unethical in South Carolina.
