What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI
If an agreement between both attorneys and the parties was made before the judge in judges chambers, but one party decides not to stick to it, I'm assuming it's not enforcable since there's no actual court order...correct?
The agreement was for my husband's ex to allow him extra parenting time when he can make it up to MI until their custody hearing next month. She is now saying she won't allow him extra time, and wants him to give up some of his parenting time to her while he and I go up to visit the kids with their new baby brother, because she has "plans".
