MY friend was recently pulled over and charged with dui in my car.I was riding passenger in that car. He had agreed to be the designated driver that night, but ended up drinking alot more than planned. When I gave him the keys to the car he had not consumed any alcohol and I had consumed quite a bit.I was charged with aiding and abetting a dui.I would like to know how I can beat this charge because I don't feel that I'm guilty. This happened in North Carolina............
