What is the name of your state? NJ My son had a civilian complaint signed against him for driving down the street blowing an aerosol air horn out of the window. The complaint was harrassing and disorderly conduct. If the complaintant pursues this what can the repurcusions be? As of now there is a strict curfew and he will be walking for awhile but I am curious about what the LEGAL punishments might be.
