I got on ticket for improper turn ,because the officer said I made a illegal u-turn.Which I thought the law was if there is no traffic or sign you can make u-turn saftly. And then after I made the u-turn and turned was turning on to the next street, I didn't signal so I got another ticket for failure to signal turn, But there was no drivers behind me when I was signaling. This are my first two tickets and I've been driving for 2 years. Is there anyway i could these beat this in court.

You are required to signal all turns whether you think there is someone around or not. It's not just the cars behind you that need to be aware of your intended actions.

Section 32-5A-133 Turning movements and required signals.

(a) No person shall turn a vehicle or move right or left upon a roadway unless and until such movement can be made with reasonable safety nor without giving an appropriate signal in the manner hereinafter provided.

As for the legality of the u-turn, your understanding is wrong. Do you have a statute you were charged with? For example

Section 32-5A-131 Turning on curve or crest of grade prohibited.
(a) The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction unless such movement can be made in safety and without interfering with other traffic.

(b) No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any curve, or upon the approach to or near the crest of a grade, where such vehicle cannot be seen by the driver of any other vehicle approaching from either direction within 500 feet.

There are a number of others.

As I have pointed out, your understanding of the traffic law is deficient. It is not enough that you "feel it was completely safe and no cars were coming." The second half of the section you were charged under makes it illegal to do a turn near a curve or at the crest of a hill REGARDLESS of whether there was another vehicle coming or not.
