My landlord is a mess?? She got a dwi this past summer. she does not want to pay for hired professional help? To fix problems inteh hosue. she is sleepiong iwth her hired help she sends over here. THey brought women they all had domestic violence orders on here and tey hev taken titles to my cars I got back?her attic is full of her things after 1 year and the shed and th garge with her files and freezers ? And she had a 2 ton truck parked here too? for 8 months? charing me 2,000 month wiht a man who had full access to the garge telling me waht to do hre? Then she let her daugher or her freind break in here ot get a table 1 year after I moved htere Any how . she tired to gve me an eviciton becuse si just sat here and did not pay her a dime for a month and told my roomate to hold her money as well . Relax. She sent her court assigned dwi lawyer over here? to give me a notice that I owe here 3,000 and my room ae here illegally. I have a retnal agreemnet in her writing I think seh forgot she signed? stating that I she hs rented the place out ni it's enirety to me and that I have the chioce to chose roomates for the other 3 rooms if I chose to? so anyway seh files this ting in court and does not attatch teh notice ? I am wondering if

ANd what about the fact that my landlord owns about 8 properties yet got htis low income lawyer fromthe court for he dwi and this same lawyr is serving me her landlord papers payin her under the table I suppose? I reporte this to the muninciplaity and now this lawyer will not represent lher/ And so my lsndlord filled these courtpaer out now stating that I owe 11,000 ? with no notice attatched or staing how I owe her this? ???
Can this whole eveicton thing be dropped jsut for invalid service and no notice for the judge? Lenroe will not show her the notice becuae she will be in trouble? And there fore has no notice to show? And her layer will not show and has tole me she is donw with here? too much drama? the law firme this attonry working for has a contract with the cort ofr law income defenses?
