Hi,
A few weeks ago someone posted with a "How to patent? I'm broke question" to which you responded that a Law Firm specializing in Intellectual property would or could take charge of the patent fee then work out a payment plan. I was wondering if this was a general practice or if I should be looking at larger firms only?
Would the products marketablity be a condition to whether a law firm might go forward which would be a benefit or is the practice generally a course of business.
Lastly, would a respected firm supply a reference to clients or could you offer any advice to ascertain how well of a patent a firm might write.
Thank You
Stephen S
