I am 17 years old, i recently just got an alcohol citation with a few of my friends. I understand that I may have to pay a fine, do community service and take an alcohol class. But the officer took some pictures of my license plate and the cooler in the back of my truck. I wasn't drinking and driving, I wasn't even sitting in my vehicle. So I was wondering if I could get my license taken away just for having the alcohol sitting on my tailgate?
