We are trying to get a license to sell beer in a county that isn't dry. The county clerk says the precinct that the store is in is a dry precinct and we need 1500 voter signatures before we can get a license,we talked to a lawyer who said he can get the license without the signatures,of course it will cost $10,000. Can you help with this?

No. Negotiate the fee or ask another lawyer. Specialists charge BIG bucks for their expertise, sometimes it is worth it. And ABC laws are usually handled by specialists. But there is usually more than 1 per state.
