What is the name of your state? MISSOURI. I was advised recently that my ex-husband has been placed in Administrative Segregation at Algoa Correctional Center for 30 days after being found to be under the influence and in possession of alcohol. I am curious: As he is expected to be released on parole in August 2005, will this change his release date? After all, if he cannot stay sober in prison, I sincerely doubt he will do so once he is out. I, for one, am hoping they keep him. Please advise.

Thank you for the replies. Yes, I do fear him. I am registered as a victim on the state's VINE list so I am notified if he is transferred or released. I moved out of state-he can't leave Missouri without violating his parole...
