live in PA. dating a man who has been separated for almost 2 years because wife won't agree to a settlement. i started dating him AFTER he was separated but his X chooses not to believe that...i've got 2 questions:

can his X sue me for alienation of affection in PA? (she's definitely the type to try...)

how long can she stall the divorce process? (she claims that she can keep the divorce from going through for up to 7 years.)

thanks.

1. No
2. Depends on if your b/f has an attorney or not. If he has one, he can force the divorce in a lot less time that 7 years.
