I'm divorcing and have a mediated agreement to pay $750 a month for 5 yrs. after 15 years of marriage. My X makes about $20K and I make around $61K. I have now found out though that my X is having numerous involvements with some much younger guys (she is in her 50's and these guys in their 20's). Is there anything I can do before the final hearing which will be pretty soon. I didn't know about this behavior previously, just that she was somehow "dissatisfied," etc., (I think by getting older or something). I live in Florida and it's a no-fault place. My agreement specifies its "non-modifiable as to length and amount."

Am I missing something here? More power to her for dating younger guys -- this has NOTHING to do with your mediated agreement with her.

Your right, I know it has nothing to do with the agreement. I'm just "blowing off some steam" about it. I guess I probably would have played ball a bit harder during mediation had I known more. Nonetheless, I have to accept what is and be grateful it's only for 5 yrs. THANKS.
