Does anyone know if an ex-wife can bring their ex-husbund to court for alimony AFTER the divorce when none was awarded in the original decree. And can she also ask for child support?
The reason for this question is due to the ex-wife losing her job and only having part-time income.
There are two minor children involved and there was joint custody awarded at the time of divorce. Both parents were to split the expenses on alternating weeks - ie. the parent who has the children on that particular week pays for the expenses involved and vice-versa.
The state is New Hampshire.
Thank you :)
