You said you had a "contract" that if your husband cheats on you, you get money. Such a contract is unenforceable.
That's not too difficult to understand.
In California, we have "No-Fault" divorce. That means the only two grounds for divorce are:
1. Irreconcilable Differences, and
2. Insanity.
That's it.
Now, if you're talking about Alimony, that's another matter altogether - - and, in fact, you may be entitled to Alimony depending upon the length of your marriage.
However, you don't get Alimony based upon a "contract" as you've stated. Alimony amounts are up to a judge to determine.
