What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas

Married for 20 years, divorce in process. I receive temporary alimony right now. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I will be requesting non-modifiable maintenance in the settlement. My ex has threatened to quit and or retire to have alimony payments reduced. How likely am I to receive the non-modifiable maintenance in my judgement? Are the odds in my favor?
