thank you i kind of knew no paper would hold up. my husband and i have been living together for a total of 6years, married for four i am slightly dependent on him, as of right now he is the only one working, when i do work he still makes more than i do. we are also having alot of problems and divorce has come up. and although he's paying the bills (no children yet)i basically still take care of all his needs. i just don't want to be left without anything if a divorce does occur.so would this be enough to help me out in a court battle?california
