What is the name of your state? Florida
I was married for 3 years and my husband supported our horse rescue ranch which was a non profit 501 (c)3. When I awoke 9 weeks ago he was gone. No note, no nothing. He showed up 3 weeks later to get some things. We have a large mortgage payment and lots of rescue animals to support and he left me with all the bills. If I file for divorce what are my chances in receiving alimony/maintenance?

Probably very low.

However, your chances of sticking him with 1/2 the bills and debt are very good.

Go see an attorney right now. Do not wait, do not pass go. DO NOT collect $200...

Reply to Alimony - only married 3 years

The problem is that he is only on the deed to the property and not the note as my parents are the signers for the mortgage. I only need help with the mortgage as we were going to refinance and he refused to sign the papers to refinance.

Did you or hubby own the rance before the marriage or did you purchase it during the marriage?

If it's the latter then when you see the attorney I told you to go see, ask for the ranch. Even if you don't get it, you'll get 1/2 and will be able to pay him for his half out of the refinance.

But, again, talk to a family law attorney MONDAY!
