already married husband

My husband was married in panama on the army base and he was never divorced. We were married about 3 years later, and he was never divorced. We were married about 1 1/2 years ago. Now he is having an affair and I would like to end this marriage. Do I need to get divorced or have it annuled? During our marriage we had our 2nd child. What should I do to get this taken care off? We live in Michigan and were married in Vegas.

Your marriage is not legally binding.

So no need for a divorce, per se. Annulment might not be the answer, but some sort of court documentation indicating the marriage was never valid.
