Charged with theft from employer, was ordered to pay restitution, in addition to money already paid to employer. Employer has also made claim through homeowners insurance and was paid. Now the insurance company is looking for reimbursement. Employer has been paid $17,000 for something orginally charged loss of $12,000. What to do? Originally, employer's insurance company said could pay them and then sue employer. Ex-employee doesn't have $5000 to pay insurance company. Please help.

My response:

We really can't help you. You have failed to follow the instructions in the BIG RED words at the top of the page. Hint: It's missing from your post . . .
