I purchase a car from a 3rd party dealer and my car is running hot .I've only had a the car for 2 weeks. Am i covered under the Virginia law that would allow my car to be repaired?

I'm guessing that it's a used vehicle that you bought AS IS with no warranty.

Unfortunately, the Virginia lemon law only covers new vehicles.

You can ask the dealer for help, but don't count on it.
