What is the name of your state? Missouri

Yesterday I was giving a friend of a friend a ride across town from a park over to someone's house. When we got there this guy got out of my car and told me to wait for a minute. He went up to this house and then started to try and beat the door in and was yelling something about fighting a guy that lived there. He ran back to the car after and told me to drive and in a panic I left. We were pulled over less than five minutes later and I cooperated fully with the officer that arrived. I told him the story of everything that happened and he arrested the guy and asked me if I wanted to fill out a statement and I did then he let me leave. From what I've heard the guy that I was giving a ride was on parole and was drunk even though he seemed totally sober in the car. I'm concerned that I could possibly be in trouble for driving him away even though I was just in a panic and drove away without thinking. I've never had any prior involvement with the law, I've never even been pulled over before yesterday. If anyone could give me any information on what could happen to me I would really appreciate it.

As soon as the guy started acting up you should have left him. I doubt that anything is going to happen to you since the officer let you leave, but in the future, be smarter.

Appreciate the response, just as another question do you think I'll be called into court as a witness or anything?

If nothing happened at the house other than yelling and banging on the door by the friend of your friend, and all you did was sit in your car and then drive this friend away from the house, I can't see where you would be charged with anything.

Your friend's friend who is on parole might have violated terms of his parole, however, depending on whose house he visited and other factors.

If you are subpoenaed as a witness, yes, you would have to appear in court.

From what I've heard after the incident he's been bailed out. Does that mean that there's some sort of court date for him or could that just be a parole issue? I've also looked on Missouri case net to see if any sort of paperwork about the arrest has been filed and there isn't anything on there about him. Sorry for all my questions but I'm just really worried that I could go to jail over my stupid mistake I made in a panic.

Based strictly on what you have said, I can't see a reason why you would be arrested or go to jail.

You can ask your friend what is going on with his friend the parolee but, if he is out on bail, he will be expected in court at some later date, possibly on a parole violation, possibly over property damage (if he damaged the house door), possibly on something else entirely.

If the police come to question you, it is generally smart to say nothing and consult with an attorney in your area for advice and direction.

Good luck.
