my 20 year old son, who lives with me, decided to let his auto insurance payments go unpaid, hence the insurance company cancelled. he is still driving. the question is: can i be sued if he should get in an accident? i live in massachusetts.

First of all, let's get something straight. I Am Always Liable. Not you.

Now, if the car is yours, yes. If the car is his, no.
