What is the name of your state? KY
I am the Custodial Parent. I have received a job offer that will increase my income by 30%. Am I in any way obligated to inform anyone (ex or state child support office) of the increase of income. I checked the formula for the state of Ky (uses shared income) and it will only change CS by $7 a week.

Do I have to notify anyone or is it up to my ex to have CS reevaluated when he finds out I have a new job?

Thanks!

Look at your court orders. If they state that you are to notify the ex and/or the courts then you have to do so. If they don't, then you don't.

He doesn't "Keep Tabs" on me, nor I on him. We provide each other with necessary information, phone numbers etc, to discuss our children. I feel I would be obligated to provide a day time number in case he can not pick them up from daycare every other Friday before Daycare closes.

He as well has had 3 salary increases since our agreement. He still makes quite a bit more than me. I just wanted to see if I needed to report the jump in income. As previously stated, it will only decrease CS $7 a week. That's less than 3% of a change.

Since you say that it is only a 3% change, you do not.

Once an obligation has been established, it can be modified. However, there are certain criteria. As set out in KRS 403.213, the obligation must reflect a 15% change in order to be modified.
